Keybotic Awarded Start-up with the Greatest Potential at the EmprendeXXI Awards
CaixaBank, through DayOne, Barcelona Activa, ACCIÓ, Tech Barcelona, and ENISA, have celebrated the regional presentation of these awards, a benchmark for the Catalan entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Keybotic is a start-up that offers robotics solutions, such as its autonomous robot dog Keyper for performing industrial inspections.
The EmprendeXXI Awards, reaching their 17th edition this year, recognize the entrepreneurial spirit of start-ups with the greatest impact in their territory and that generate the best solutions to the main challenges of tomorrow.
The start-up Keybotic has been recognised at the EmprendeXXI Awards as the most innovative technology-based company in Catalonia. These awards, co-granted by CaixaBank through DayOne, its division specialized in technological companies and their investors, and the Ministry of Industry and Tourism, through ENISA, celebrate their 17th edition this year. The regional delivery of the EmprendeXXI Awards in Catalonia has the support of Barcelona Activa, ACCIÓ, and Tech Barcelona.
Keybotic is a company that has developed a robot dog named Keyper, capable of autonomously accessing complex environments to carry out industrial inspections, detect gas leaks, or other anomalies, sending alerts upon encountering incidents. Keyper, which operates with sensor technology and artificial intelligence, is particularly suited for working in sectors such as chemicals or mining.
The EmprendeXXI Awards have been established as benchmark awards for the entrepreneurial ecosystem, both at the national and autonomous community levels.
Boost through specialized training in innovation:
With this award, Keybotic has received a cash prize of 6,000 euros and access to a training program at a globally renowned innovation hub. This is Moonshot Thinking for entrepreneurs, training specially designed for start-ups with high growth potential taught by ESADE faculty.
Moreover, Keybotic will also have the opportunity to participate in the Investors Day EmprendeXXI, days where they can maintain contact with investors and companies interested in collaborating with the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and will become part of the AlumniXXI community, composed of founders and winners from past editions.
The delivery of the EmprendeXXI Awards, held within the framework of the DayOne Innovation Summit Catalonia, which took place at 4YFN, was attended by professionals from the Territorial Management of CaixaBank, ENISA, Barcelona Activa, ACCIÓ, and Tech Barcelona, among other speakers. The jury responsible for selecting the winning company was composed of prominent members of the regional entrepreneurship ecosystem.
